Flirt Group was engaged to deliver the full brand system: strategy and identity, website design and build, and ongoing marketing materials.
Flirt Creative's starting point was Kudos Money's own values: choice, community, knowledge, and care. Rather than positioning Kudos Money as just another mortgage broker, the strategy leaned into the idea of a "cheer squad, team player and coach" a brand voice that could sit somewhere between finance expert and trusted friend, reflecting a business built on relationships rather than transactions.
That thinking shaped the full identity system including; logo, colour palette, and typography, designed to feel warm and approachable rather than sterile and institutional, while still reading as credible enough to sit alongside the major lenders (ANZ, NAB, Macquarie, Suncorp, and dozens more) that Kudos Money works with.
Flirt Online rebuilt the Kudos Money around two jobs: proving credibility, and converting enquiries. The new site structures Kudos Money's offering into clear service pathways — Home & Investment Loans, Refinancing & Debt Consolidation, Business & Commercial Loans, Asset & Equipment Finance, SMSF Loans, and Personal Loans, so visitors can self-select into the scenario that matches their needs.
Trust-building elements were built into the core of the site rather than bolted on: a prominent client testimonials section, direct links to Google and Facebook reviews, lender panel logos, MFAA membership, and a "meet the team" section led by founder Paul Kusli. Every path through the site leads back to a single, low-friction call to action.
Beyond the website, Flirt Group produced an ongoing suite of marketing materials to keep the new brand consistent everywhere Kudos Money shows up including social media graphics, client-facing collateral, and sales materials the team could use across day-to-day communications. This gave Kudos Money a coherent look and tone whether a client was reading a social post, a proposal document, or the website itself.
The rebrand gave Kudos Money a distinct, consistent identity in a category where differentiation is hard to come by one built around the genuine, relationship-led experience clients were already describing in their reviews, rather than generic finance-industry visual cues. With a website designed to build trust and drive enquiries, and an ongoing library of on-brand marketing materials, Kudos Money now has a brand system that can grow with the business well beyond the initial launch.
